Year in Review

Year in Review

This is it. The last edition of the Next Marketing newsletter for 2010...

I always find it hard to reflect as I have too much on, however this year I am going to try and find some quiet time to do so. I have also decided to pack away my Mac Book and really enjoy our beach holiday. Are you doing the same?  What are your plans?

How was 2010? Did your marketing activity deliver on new sales and help boost your bank account. Are you going into January with meetings and people to do business with? I am ready to hit the ground running in January. Can I help you in 2011? Is there someone you know that needs outsourced Marketing assistance? If so, drop me a line here.

All the best for your holiday season and I look forward to introducing the new Next Marketing e newsletter to you in 2011.

By the way.
I thought this was a great idea, a Pocket Pencil.

One more thing.
Can you think of someone who might like to read this email? Click here and pass it on. Thank you.

11 Trends for 2011

11 Trends for 2011

Have you read the latest post from trendwatching.com? I always find them interesting and worthy read.

The 2011 report is an in depth document, however the three 'trends' that I found most interesting were –

  1. Pricing Pandemonium – it worries me that pricing is said to be even more discount driven in 2011
  2. Well-thy – it doesnt surprise me that the ‘wellness’ industries are set to rise as more of us realise that without our health – we don’t have much at all.
  3. Emerging Generosity – ironically, I believe social media has driven this one and I think it is something we all should try to do more of.
